This model was designed and produced to introduce attention to sustainability also in the world of Diadora Lifestyle sneakers. In fact, all the components of the shoe have some sustainability characteristics.
The upper is made of 50% pre-consumer recycled leather and 20% post-consumer recycled polyester;
the sole uses 51% pre-consumer recycled synthetic rubber by weight;
The laces, lining and reinforcements are 100% post-consumer polyester.
All footwear components using recycled materials are certified in accordance with the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and have been independently verified at every stage of the supply chain and meet stringent social, environmental and chemical requirements.
The Global Recycled Standard is recognized as the most stringent Standard for the use and management of recycled materials for the sustainable production of garments and textile products made from recycled materials.
